Refund policy

Please note that the Société des Attractions Touristiques du Québec has decided to put an end to the operations of the Quebec Attractions Gift Card.

If you are a card holder, here are the steps to follow :

- Send your request for a refund by mail to:

- Please include : 

• The filled-out refund form
• The gift card
• Proof of purchase

- The refund will be issued on the credit card used at the moment of purchase or by cheque, within a 45-day period following receipt of the completed refund request, including the gift card and proof of purchase. The amount of the refund will be equal to the balance left on the gift card.

- The deadline to file a refund request is April 30, 2019.

If you have a gift card, but no proof of purchase, the refund will be equal to 70% of the balance left on the gift card. The same form must be filled out in order to receive a refund.

Please note that without the gift card itself and without the serial number, issuing a refund will not be possible.
